Our philosophy....
We started our own business after
hearing
horror stories from people getting ripped off by computer repair shops
- long waits and outrageous rates.
We
emphasize selling a high-quality product and servicing customers in a
professional and efficient manner. We only partner with reputable
manufacturers and suppliers, so we have confidence in the products we
sell and services we offer.
Most people just don't have the time
or expertise to fix their machines and solve their software
problems.... That's where we come in!

Rates....
Our billing is simple, and cost
effective.
Remote Services are billed at $35 per
hour (billed in half hour increments).
Most problems are solved in 30 minutes
or less!
Call around to your local computer
shops and ask them their rates, and more importantly when they can get
to your machine. You'll find our rates very competitive and our
availability very good. In most cases we can take care of your problem
within a day or two, often the very same day you call.
We know how
to fix computers
And
if we can't fix yours
You Pay Nothing!

CABLE, ETC)
- Call us for an appointment (716) 297-8397
- Download the Helpdesk Software from the
Download Page.
- Run the software, sit back and relax as we fix
your machine.
- Your on the phone and in control the whole time
while we fix your machine, if you choose to be.
The software allows secure sharing of your screen,
keyboard and mouse via an internet connection.
We can see everything that is on your computer
screen
and control your mouse and keyboard just as if we were sitting in front
of your computer. You, of course, can STOP this at any time. You are
always in
control.
